• Audited the company's education platform in my first week, documenting 19 issues in an organized report.
• Built a production Node.js/Express server in TypeScript for a mobile app: JWT access and refresh tokens, Postgres through Prisma, Redis-backed caching and rate limiting, pagination, and request validation that also generates the API docs.
• Built a PHP/Laravel admin server over the same database, so staff can manage content through an interface instead of one-off database scripts. My first production PHP server.
• Built a configurable AI service that any team can fork and set up for their own use case: works with any OpenAI-compatible model, RAG over Gemini or Ollama embeddings stored with sqlite-vec, token streaming, and guardrails against prompt injection and PII.
• Wrapped up with handoff documentation covering every system, known gaps, and open decisions, so the project could continue after I left.
